Refund policy

Workshop Refund Policy

Workshops are intimate, small-group experiences that require preparation, materials, and advance planning.

  • A deposit secures your place and is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel 14 days or more before the workshop, any additional amount paid (beyond the deposit) will be refunded.
  • Cancellations 7–13 days before the workshop are non-refundable, but your spot may be transferred to another person with prior notice.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If the workshop is cancelled by the host, all payments will be fully refunded.

Please be aware that payment processing fees charged by PayFast, Yoco, or other providers are not returned to me and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Thank you for understanding and for honouring the time, care, and energy that go into creating these spaces.

Jewellery Returns, Wear & Repair Policy

I make jewellery to last a lifetime, to be worn daily, lived in and appreciated by the sunshine. With that, jewellery can take a beating over time. This, to me, is a true sign of a piece that is loved.

Returns & Refunds

  • All jewellery purchases are final sale.
  • Refunds or returns are not offered for change of mind.
  • Please inspect your piece upon arrival/collection. If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it, and I will repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.
  • Due to the handmade nature of the work, natural variations in texture, finish, or form are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Wear & Tear

  • Natural wear such as patina, surface marks, softening of edges, or subtle changes over time is part of the life of handmade jewellery and is not considered a fault.
  • Damage caused by impact, excessive force, improper storage, or chemical contact is considered wear or accidental damage.

Repairs

  • In the unlikely event that a repair is needed within 6 months of purchase, it will be handled at no cost.
  • After 6 months, repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a modest repair fee.
  • If a piece has been heavily worn or damaged, I'm still happy to help. Get in touch with me and I'll advise on repair options and costs.
